Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company was formed 1872 by 28 farmers. The original name was "The German Mutual Fire Insurance Society". In 1934, the company name was changed to Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company. We are located in Stitzer, Wisconsin, a small rural community in Grant County.

Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company is not housed in a four story glass office building. We do not own a corporate jet. We do not have our name on a stadium. However, we DO have some of the best agents in all of Wisconsin. We offer many types of insurance products to meet your needs and provide superior claims service when you need it most.
